Listen Deeply, Forgive Quickly, Serve Humbly, Love Unconditionally
on February 22, 2026

In a world aching for hope, we are called to stand in the gap for one another—to be the bridge between pain and promise, fear and faith. When we choose to pray for others, we step into a sacred partnership with God, lifting burdens that may feel too heavy for someone to carry alone. Throughout the Gospels, we see Jesus continually interceding, healing, and loving without hesitation. He stood between brokenness and restoration, not with condemnation, but with compassion. When we follow His example, our prayers become more than words; they become lifelines. Standing in the gap means believing on someone else’s behalf when they have no strength left to believe for themselves.

To be Jesus to those who do not yet know Him is to embody grace in everyday moments—to listen deeply, to forgive quickly, to serve humbly, and to love unconditionally. Many people may never open a Bible, but they will read our lives. In our workplaces, homes, and communities, we reflect the heart of our Savior through kindness, integrity, and bold compassion. When we show up for others in prayer and action, we become living testimonies of hope. You may never fully see the impact of your intercession or your quiet acts of love, but heaven does. And sometimes, standing in the gap for one person can change generations and eternities.
