Holy Land Tour – October 12-25, 2026
Monday, October 12 – Sunday, October 25, 2026
We are thrilled to announce that we have scheduled a pilgrimage to the Holy Land, October 12-25, 2026! Steve loves every opportunity to guide this journey and to see the raw emotions and full grasp of the Scriptures that overcome those who travel with him.
Steve will lead up to 35 participants on an adventure to some of the most remarkable sites described in the Bible, including Mount Nebo, from which God showed Moses Canaan; Masada, Herod the Great’s desert palace; Caesarea Philippi, the site of Peter’s confession; Magdala, the home of Mary Magdalene; the Mount of Beatitudes; the Jezreel Valley and Tel Megiddo; the Garden of Gethsemane; Beth Shean, where King Saul’s body was hung on its walls after his defeat by the Philistines; and so many more! Experience once-in-a-lifetime opportunities to receive baptism in the Jordan River; tour a re-creation of a working farm and Galilean village as it may have been 2,000 years ago at Nazareth Village; take a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee in a replica of the ancient wooden boat used in Jesus’ day; receive Communion at the Garden Tomb; and experience a Shabbat dinner, just to name a few!
Learn more about the history of this biblically significant region by visiting Madaba and observing the mosaic floor from the 6th century showing a map of the Holy Land as Christian pilgrims knew it; the Tabernacle at Timna Park, a life-size model of the tabernacle God instructed to be built in the book of Exodus; an ancient boat believed to be from Jesus’s time discovered in the dry lakebed of the Sea of Galilee in 1986; Yad Vashem Holocaust Museum, Israel’s memorial to the victims of the Holocaust; the Western Wall tunnels and Southern Steps; the house of Caiaphas; the real Via Dolorosa, the actual path Jesus walked from his trial to crucifixion; the Shepherds’ Field; the Church of St. Anne; and more. Being baptized in the Jordan River, standing on a hillside where Jesus Himself spoke to the masses, or praying in the Garden of Gethsemane will impact your life forever. We are blessed to see so many people experience this, and we are grateful to do it again. This will truly be an opportunity of a lifetime and an experience you will never forget.
A brochure with the complete itinerary and other important details, along with the Reservation Form, will be available soon. For questions or to reserve your spot on this journey of a lifetime, contact Terry Wyant-Vargo at (540) 236-5989 or terry@victoryweekend.com.
