Are you ready to have a Saturday full of patriotic American fun? Imagine a 62-mile motorcycle ride and an afternoon pig roast meal. This fun-filled Ride for America Saturday event is coming up on August 29th beginning at 9am.
Steve Wingfield is going to be the keynote speaker. The US Army National Guard, American Legion, VFW, Boys Scouts of America, and Marine Corps League will be at Ride for America. Steve is going to honor veterans, military personnel, and first responders in a way similar to what goes on at Victory Weekend concerts.
Ride for America tickets are available for $15. Why is there a charge for this event? Ride for America is raising funds for veterans and special needs.
In addition to a motorcycle ride and pig roast, here are some of the things you’ll see at Ride for America:
- Flag raising ceremony
- Victory Weekend show car
- 21-gun salute
- Music from Chareé White and the Southern Edge Band on the Victory Weekend stage
You can preregister for this event by clicking here. Preregistration is open until Friday, August 28. Registration will also be open the day of the event on Saturday the 29th. You don’t have to worry about not getting in. Show up with $15, comfortable shoes, and some sunscreen, and you’ll be good to go. Bikes will leave at 11am. See below for venue information.
