Dear Friends,
“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging.” Psalm 46:1-3
All of our hearts are heavy today in the wake of the horrific events that happened at the First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs, Texas yesterday. Words cannot describe nor convey our deepest and most sincere sympathy for this rural community. We pray for the families of the 26 people who were taken from us. We pray for those who were injured and are in the hospital today. We pray for the healing that is needed for this small Texas town. We pray for the United States of America for yet another senseless act of violence.
Today, more than ever, we need a movement of the Lord to sweep across our nation. Please take time to pray for the comfort and love of God for all of those who were affected by this tragedy. Pray for our country, that we all will turn our eyes to God and beg Him to heal our land.
May the Lord bless you and keep you through the harshest of storms and the darkest of nights.
Humbly,
Steve
