Steve always enjoys sharing from God’s Word at his home church. On December 11, 2016, 134 people at the 8:30 a.m. service and 227 people at the 10:30 a.m. service attended to hear Steve share from Luke 2 and Isaiah 9:6-7. In total, 361 people attended and heard Steve speak.

Such beautiful verses for Christmas really resonated with the church body. A combined number of eight people made decisions for Jesus on the day. Praise God for His faithfulness and how people are continuously coming to trust Jesus as Lord and Savior when God anoints Steve!

Steve had the chance to talk with numerous people in-between the services. The key part of the conversation was people verbally remembering and celebrating the life of Alfred “Al” Bontrager, who passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2016. So many people in the congregation mentioned that they were praying for the Bontragers and for Steve, as Al meant so much to the ministry. Al served as the Chair for the Board of Directors of Steve Wingfield Evangelistic Association, and he helped in so many ways for God’s glory.

Steve knows that God worked in glorious ways through his latest message shared at New Beginnings Church, and he is excited about what seeds will sprout from his home congregation during this Advent season!
