Steve and Barbara have successfully finished the first of two Holy Land journeys this month. Each excursion to the “Land of the Bible” is unique and this trip was no different. The group had the life-changing opportunity to experience things that deepened their faith and created lasting memories.

Some of these memories included overlooking the Dead Sea, a camel ride to dinner at Abraham’s tent, standing atop Mount Nebo where Moses looked onto the Promised Land, crossing the Jordan River followed by visiting the site where John baptized Jesus, praying in the Garden of Gethsemane, standing in the Golan Heights where Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount, and so many more experiences that were remarkable. Also during this journey of a lifetime, Steve had the honor of officiating a renewal ceremony, as a couple on the trip wanted to renew their vows in this Holy setting.
