Christ Wesleyan Church in Milton, Pennsylvania is the kind of church that reaches out to the community with events that recognize the sacrifices of our nation’s heroes. On Saturday, August 29th the church sponsored a “Ride for America” event featuring a 62 mile bike ride, two flag raising ceremonies, a 21 gun salute, a catered pig roast meal, and Steve Wingfield as their keynote speaker.

Steve reported having a great time interacting with all kinds of people, helping auction off some brownies, and representing Christ as well as he could. He said that 20 military personnel, first responders, and veterans were honored for their service and 17 people made the life changing decision to follow Christ.
