Last week, our staff had the pleasure of traveling to Smoke Hole, West Virginia to the Lodestar Mountain Inn. For many, this was their first time to see the property, while for others, this was a chance to see the progress.

Everyone was amazed at the beauty we were surrounded by. There’s just something about being in the midst of the Lord’s craftsmanship that makes you ponder, “Wow, if this is so wonderful, I cannot begin to imagine what Heaven will be like.”

1 Corinthians 2:9 tells us, “What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him.”

Our team discussed what we each believe the Lodestar Mountain Inn to be. Answers such as a place of peace, restoration, renewal, refuge, and revival were just a few of the inspirational things said. We ended our time basking in God’s creation by doing the single most important thing we could have done – we each prayed over the property asking God to be at the epicenter of everything we do, everything the Lodestar Mountain will be, and everything we are.

I have told you this before, “We’ve experienced a miracle of God!” We truly have. God is blessing us beyond belief and He continues to daily. The Lord is building this property to be a place where anyone who visits will feel closer to Him.
