We are gearing up for our 9th Annual Memorial Day Community Celebration and I am excited for you to hear and experience the gospel presentation by Dr. Lew Sterrett. I first met Dr. Lew when I was visiting friends in Sarasota, Florida. I was amazed by his presentation and how he shared the gospel by using horses to reinforce his message. It was a treat for me then, and I know it will be for you, too.
We are thrilled to have someone of the caliber of Dr. Lew, and I really encourage you to join us during his two performances Memorial Day weekend. The first opportunity will be on Saturday, May 25 at 11:30 a.m. at the Rockingham County Fairgrounds. Lunch will be provided FREE for the first 2,000 in attendance!
Then he will be performing again on Monday, May 27 during the Memorial Day Community Celebration at the Rockingham County Fairgrounds which begins at 4:00 p.m. Along with Dr. Lew, we have a classic car show, great music, scrumptious food by local food vendors, a ministry fair, face painting and inflatable games for the kids, a live performance by street artist and evangelist Tucker Rodkey, and of course, a time to honor all veterans, active military, and first responders attending the celebration. This day will be long remembered by all who attend! I would love to see you there!
