In today’s (May 6) devotion from my book Winning the Race Every Day, I cited Mark 1:35 which tells us, “Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up and went off to a solitary place where He prayed.”
Think about that. If Jesus needed to get alone with His Father, how much more do you and I need to? I urge you to spend significant quiet time with God each and every day. It doesn’t have to be early in the morning, but it does need to be a daily habit. The more you do it, the more you’ll be strengthened in His word. You’ll be equipped to handle whatever life throws at you.
If you haven’t done it already, I hope that you will take 3 minutes to watch the video at the top of the home page. Please pray about your participation in our ministry to the men, women, and young people who attend NASCAR races and who would probably not hear the Good News any other way. We need your help to reach as many as we possibly can.
