February is the month of hearts, flowers, candy, and valentines.  It is the month of love. February gives us a special opportunity to exhibit the love of Christ. In 1 John 4:9, John wrote about God’s love for us. “This is how God showed His love among us: He sent His one and only Son into the world that we might live through Him.”

God loves us and showed that love toward us so that we could show His love to others. Our mission, as His representatives, is to show His love to the world that He died for.

Choose somebody to show Christ’s love to.  It can be somebody you already know. Or it can be somebody you don’t know who needs to experience God’s love.  Look for a way to bless someone in the name of Christ’s love.

You may be thinking that your “plate is too full” to take the time to go out of your way to show God’s love to someone. But, I guarantee that if you will intentionally make yourself a conduit of God’s love, you will be blessed.  It never fails.  God works in you when you love others.  Try it today.
