Franklin’s words are an echo of Paul’s declaration to the people of Corinth when we wrote, “… where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” (2 Corinthians 3:17b NKJV).
Our country has been blessed with a heritage of liberty! On this anniversary of our country’s 240th birthday, rejoice that you have freedom in Christ and the liberty to worship Him. It is quite a privilege worth sharing and celebrating on our nation’s birthday!
