I am so excited that I can hardly contain myself! Why? Bulldozers were on site this week breaking ground in a major way at the retreat center in West Virginia. The people who live around this beautiful piece of property are getting onboard with the project and helping us in a variety of ways. They are providing materials, granting access, loaning equipment, and generally taking the project on as their own. It is the grace and favor of God in action and it is a beautiful thing to experience.

The Lodestar Mountain Inn is the working name of the retreat center. Our vision is to provide a first-class facility for veterans, business leaders, church teams, and others to spend time refreshing, renewing, and reinvigorating their lives.

I can’t wait for The Inn to become a physical reality so lives can begin to be changed in ways that will benefit families and organizations for decades to come.
