Michigan Recap
on August 15, 2019

What a fabulous weekend of fellowship and ministry we just experienced at the Juniper Hills Campground in Brooklyn, Michigan. During two days when it did not rain (praise God!), the Victory Weekend team had the opportunity to spend time with over 2,800 race fans. They were energetic, ready to have a great time, and very receptive to the messages of hope, love, and grace that our team was offering.

Dear friends of the ministry and excellent musicians, the Jeff Polen Band and the Jess Zimmerman Band, entertained the lively crowd. Both of these groups provided the musical backdrop to a banner Victory Weekend that will be talked about for a long time.

During the event, we were honored to celebrate and applaud 18 veterans and first responders. The Juniper Hills Campground erupted in sounds of appreciation for these American heroes. Following the medal ceremony, Jeff Polen shared a message of the unwavering love of a powerful and merciful Savior. The Lord moved in a mighty way and 15 individuals made life-altering decisions for Jesus Christ.

Michigan is always an exciting event and this time it certainly kept the bar high. We appreciate all of your prayers and support!
