Steve had the opportunity to teach and preach at Pleasant Ridge Campground in Harrisonville, Pennsylvania from July 15-22, 2018. The Lord showed up in a major way during this week of ministry for all ages. The camp, with Steve’s influence, ministered to 41 children during their Vacation Bible School; 32 teenagers who were taught by Pastor John Cramer of Corning, New York; and throughout the week over 60 adults sat in evening services as well as adult morning Bible studies.

Throughout the week, there were a number of exciting events for the campers. The teens were surprised with a trip to see Christian musician Crowder in concert, the adults had a special screening of the movie, “I Can Only Imagine,” and on the entire camp enjoyed funnel cakes and a fireworks show. The entire week of ministry was very inclusive with something special for everyone. Another high point was the homemade meals every day in the Dining Hall. The smiles on the cook’s faces and the love they poured into every meal was evident.

During the evening worship services, many were moved by the Holy Spirit to flood the altar of prayer. We saw many people, young and old, commit or recommit their lives to Jesus. Through powerful praise and worship lead by Jesse Miller and the words that God put on Steve’s heart, each service was impactful and filled with the presence of the Lord.

It was a fantastic week of meeting new friends and ushering them to a place of worship and the realization that God loves them with an everlasting love. Please be in prayer for Pleasant Ridge Camp and their ministry.
