It is almost that time again! Warm weather, great food, awesome music, and fun for the whole family means Memorial Day. In addition to our Annual Memorial Day Community Celebration, this year we are hosting another fabulous FREE event at the Rockingham County Fairgrounds on Saturday, May 25 beginning at 11:30 a.m.! Discover lessons for life and leadership from the language of a horse. Sermon on the “Mount” and Dr. Lew Sterrett, “The Horse Whisperer,” will present a captivating show that will leave a lasting impact. A FREE hotdog, chips, and drink will be provided to every attendee!
Then, join us on Monday, May 27 for our 9th Annual Memorial Day Community Celebration! It is a day to celebrate our faith, family, friendship, and freedom with all our neighbors in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley and beyond. Make plans with your family and friends to celebrate with us at 4:00 p.m. at the Rockingham County Fairgrounds. From classic cars, local bands, delicious eats, kids’ entertainment, to a horse whisperer, this is going to be a day you do not want to miss!
