All food concessionaires are required to secure a temporary restaurant permit from the Rockingham County Office of the Virginia Department of Health. A permit copy must be submitted to SWEA by Monday, May 12, 2014. Permits may be examined by fairground officials during the event. No alcoholic beverages may be served or illegal substances sold.
