God has been working in tremendous ways through what Steve has shared at four churches this year. Now Steve and the Victory Weekend team are less than 2 weeks away from seeing God work more at Daytona International Speedway for Victory Weekend’s first appearance from Wednesday, February 22 to Saturday, February 25. Your prayers are being answered, so thank you for your support and sharing with others about Victory Weekend!
Victory Weekend will be camping out at the Brown’s Speedweeks Campground. Pray that the manager and employees who work for Brown’s would know and trust Jesus as their Lord and Savior, and that their work would receive God’s favor throughout this year.
Levi Riggs, Audra McLaughlin, and Jess Zimmerman are thrilled to perform on the Victory Weekend Stage. Pray for these three performers and other musicians and for their words to bring genuine encouragement and freedom examples because they follow Jesus Christ. May the Holy Spirit also anoint their words as they sing, have fun, and share from their hearts.
Pray for opportunities like what you see in this picture. Victory Weekend staff and volunteers are looking for the opportunities to share the #79 Victory Weekend Show Car and the Good News with both NASCAR fans and the general public in Daytona Beach, Florida. Pray that God would open up these doors to share the gospel and see more lives be transformed by the amazing grace that we have currently have in Jesus.
Steve knows the importance of honoring veterans, military personnel, and first responders. These men and women are true heroes, and they have sacrificed so much to keep our nation safe for so many years. Pray for those who will be present on Saturday night, February 25. Whether they know in advance or will be surprised by our award ceremony, may they know that they are greatly appreciated because Victory Weekend values their commitment of serving.
Steve plans to share the gospel on Saturday, February 25 and provide the opportunity for people to respond afterwards. Souls are in limbo now between Heaven and Hell, but pray that these people will choose Jesus as their Lord and Savior that night without hesitation. Pray also for the Counselors who will share God’s truth in love and celebrate more souls being added to the Kingdom. Daytona’s NASCAR Race is huge, but the best take-away that all NASCAR Fans can receive is a relationship with the Savior of all humanity!
