We are in need of your prayers! October is starting off with a bang. Finish A Winner happens on Thursday the 1st, and right after is the Victory Weekend at Dover International Speedway.
The Victory Weekend team is so excited to head back to Dover, and God’s favor is evident. If you’ve been trying to pick a Victory Weekend event to attend on the east coast, this is it. Back in May, 7,000 fans attended, and we’re expecting this event to be even more fun. We’ll be in Lot 10 for Friday and Saturday evening events October 2nd and 3rd.
Starting at 6PM both nights, Smokin’ At The Track is presenting a professional barbeque demonstration with a taste testing. And then at 8PM, concerts kick off from Audra McLaughlin, Chareé White, and Southern Edge. Saturday evening will have the same order of events, but at 9PM, the track is sponsoring fireworks at the Victory Weekend stage. You won’t want to miss it because it’s going to be a great time. And just like with every other Victory Weekend event, veterans, military personnel, and first responders will be honored.
If you’re so excited that you can’t wait until Friday night, the Victory Weekend team will be making a stop in the Dover area Thursday night, October 1st, to lead a Finish A Winner event. Finish A Winner provides an opportunity for communities to take a look inside the exciting world of NASCAR racing. Steve Wingfield will be present to speak, and the show car will be on site. Food and games start at 5:30PM, and the event itself launches at 7:00PM. See the flyer for more information.
