Make no mistake about it. We are in a battle. Whose side are you on? Are you going to stand on the Lord’s side and win? Or are you going to be on the enemy’s side and let him bring defeat, despair, and death into your life?

The battle is very real my friend. Ephesians 6:10-11 encourages us to “be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.”(NIV)

Just as God is the Creator who wants to make our lives and testimonies beautiful and wants us to experience His love, our adversary the devil is the destroyer who wants to smash every beautiful and worthwhile thing God created us to do and to be. That’s the battle that rages.

Equip yourself for the battle. Study and put on the armor God has provided. He promises that He will give us the strength to win.

Walk through today and this year on the side of victory! The Lord’s side.
